Due to Covid-19 the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Petersfield Community Land Trust will be held online on Zoom. It will take place on Monday 1st February at 7pm. Online registrations can be made now. It will be followed at 8pm by a public consultation meeting on the site designs and allocations policies/process for Reservoir Lane Affordable Self/Custom Build. Registrations for this Self/Custom Build event can also be made online now.
The Petersfield Community Land Trust would like to appoint a Project Manager on a temporary contract basis.

We have rearranged the AGM for Monday 3rd of February 2020 in the Rose Room at the Festival Hall, beginning at 7.30pm. Come and hear what the CLT has been up to and what the plans are for the coming year. There is also a chance to elect directors and officers.

Petersfield Community Land Trust has it’s annual general meeting on Monday 25th November 2019 in the Rose Room of the Festival Hall beginning at 7.30pm.
This is a public meeting, do come along if:
– You are interested in affordable self/custom build homes for you or your family/friends in and around Petersfield.
– You have time or skills to offer in support of affordable homes in and around Petersfield.
Our AGM will be at the Rose Room, Petersfield Festival Hall, at 7.30 pm on the 14th November 2018.
The presentation will include details of current progress on the H11 housing project .
Members are also asked to nominate and elect / re elect a new board of directors
The CLT needs additional Directors
The CLT’s first project is to provide affordable housing for people with a strong local connection on one of the self-build sites identified in the Petersfield Neighbourhood Plan. Future projects could include more affordable housing, community buildings or taking on other assets important to the community.
To ensure these requirements are met, Petersfield CLT has been registered as a Community Benefit Society. It now needs 2 additional Directors to join its Board. This is a non-paid post which involves contributing to the CLTs work and attending monthly meetings, usually held in the evening in Petersfield.
We are looking for individuals who care about their community, who bring enthusiasm and offer experience in relevant fields. Current Board members come from backgrounds in architecture, project management, surveying and business.
